We had the pleasure of welcoming Savannah from WEBERSBURG who took us through the wide variety of experiences and stays Webersburg has to offer, from family-friendly activities for kids to experiences that are perfect for groups and families.

We were also introduced to their new cottage Cinnamon House 😍 With a private chef, butler service, mountain views and a heated whirlpool bath overlooking the vineyards, the perfect romantic Winelands escape for couples.

Our team recently had the opportunity to experience a Cape Malay cooking class at Faeeza’s Home Kitchen, where food, culture and tradition come together. 💛

We rolled and folded our own samoosas, made chilli bites, enjoyed koeksisters, and learned more about the flavours and traditions behind Cape Malay cooking. 👩‍🍳

Faeeza’s love for cooking is rooted in growing up in Bo-Kaap, surrounded by the Cape Malay dishes her mother prepared. Today, she shares that passion with visitors from around the world through her cooking experiences.

And after all the cooking? We had the pleasure of sitting down together and enjoying everything we had made. 😋

Katja and Candice recently explored a wonderful selection of properties and experiences across the Drakensberg and KwaZulu-Natal, discovering the incredible variety the region has to offer, from spectacular mountain landscapes and welcoming stays to unforgettable safari encounters.

At Moorcroft Manor Boutique Country Hotel, the combination of excellent service, a fantastic dinner enjoyed in front of the fire, and a cosy atmosphere made for a particularly memorable stay.

Three Tree Hill impressed with its spectacular setting and thoughtful family-friendly touches, including kiddies’ goodies in the rooms. It is a property that certainly caters well to families looking for a comfortable stay in the Drakensberg.

At Antbear Lodge, the cave experience was a definite highlight, offering a unique and romantic setting with beautiful views. The journey also included a stay at The Cavern Resort Drakensberg along with visits to Granny Mouse, Sani Valley Lodge, Premier Resort Sani Pass, Spionkop Lodge, Spionkop Battlefield, Berghouse & Cottages, Montusi Mountain Lodge and Sungubala.
