Two nights at the Hilton Resort & Spa in Mauritius? Simply not enough! 🇲🇺✨

Our final night, watching the closing fire ceremony, was a truly bittersweet moment. 🔥 A beautiful way to end an incredible stay, but one that left me already wanting to come back.

Thank you for the amazing service, the warm hospitality, and the unforgettable memories. ❤️

Mauritius… I’ll definitely be back. 🌴☀️

And so the Mauritius adventure begins! 🌴✈️

I have to say, arriving at the Hilton Spa in Mauritius after a long day of travel from Cape Town via Johannesburg was nothing short of amazing!

From the warm welcome to the meticulous organisation, everything was beautifully done. Yes, the airport arrival was the usual organised chaos 😅 as three groups of travel agents were being sent off in different directions for a week of networking, exploring, discovering new properties and, of course, having a little fun along the way!

Our ground handlers may have been juggling a LOT, but they were incredibly hospitable and genuinely lovely people. 🙌

And then… the Hilton. ⭐

The hotel team were absolutely fabulous, and we were even treated to a brand-new cocktail created that very day — a secret recipe apparently known only to the two barmen who invented it! 🍹 Needless to say, our evening was off to a brilliant start.

A late dinner followed, with food that was genuinely out of this world. And then came a very early morning start — exploring a completely empty beach and coastline as the sun came up. 🌅

Honestly, this is Mauritius at its best.

I'm really looking forward to discovering more of Thompson's preferred properties, meeting our suppliers and colleagues, and getting stuck into the upcoming workshop.

A huge THANK YOU to Thompson's for making this experience possible. What an incredible start to the week!
