THE SOUL OF TRAVEL: IT STARTS FROM WITHIN đşď¸
People often ask me, "How many countries have you been to? How many places have you actually traveled to?"
But here is what I tell them: being a true travel person isn't about counting stamps in a passport. Think about an artist or a musician. An artist doesn't need to sing on an international stage or exhibit in a massive global gallery to call themselves a creative. They just need the passion, a deep understanding of their craft, and the courage to stand up and sing. There are people with immense talent in painting or makeup who haven't built a massive client list or stood under spotlight glares yet, but their artistry is entirely real.
Itâs the exact same with travel.
Iâve been fortunate to travel to a couple of countries within Africa and some places beyond, but I also digitally travel half the time. If you know digital traveling, you understand exactly what it is. My passion for travel doesn't amount to a tally of flights taken, road trips logged, or borders crossed. No, it starts from within. It is about that exact moment you find a location and fully experience itâthe feeling, being able to understand travel on a different level, the roads you are driving on, the culture, the people, and just being entirely present in that moment. Only people who are truly passionate about travel understand what it is all about.
