We just established care with a local GP.

💉 Doctor visit (2 people, 1 hour): $84 USD
🩸 Blood work & labs (2 people): about $300 USD

The good news? The appointment was thorough, we didn’t wait long, and the experience was excellent.

UPDATE ON MY SOUTH AFRICAN DUCK PROBLEM… 🦆😂

Y’all… this is NOT staged.

Yesterday, one duck followed me around.

This morning, I walked outside, called to him… and he swam across the lake with his whole crew.

I went back inside…

AND THEY CAME BACK. 🤣

I haven’t fed them.
I haven’t touched them.
I just talked to one duck… and now I apparently have a fan club.

At this point, I think we’ve been adopted. 😂

Sometimes the best part of traveling isn’t the views…

It’s making an unexpected friend. 🦆😂

We sat down to enjoy the peaceful views at Hartbeespoort, South Africa, and this little duck decided we were part of the family. He followed us onto the deck, hung out for a while, and completely stole the show.

These are the moments you can’t plan—and honestly, they’re our favorite.
