From understanding strengths and development areas to uncovering perspectives leaders may not have considered, the goal is always the same: helping people leave with greater self-awareness and practical actions they can apply immediately.

"I was invited for the 2nd year in a row to present a talk at St Marist Joseph School in Cape Town. The audience were the grade 9 learners (and their parents) faced with subject choice for grade 10.

I started by asking all the parents in the room “How many of you would change the subjects you did at school if you could have your life over again”. About 20 hands went up. I then took them through a presentation with the theme that subject choice is too important in your life to be casual about. The talk went well-ish. Some people yawned. Some jokes fell flat.

No standing ovation. But, several parents took down Omnicor’s details and we offered a discount to anyone who took up the scholastics service. Omnicor, true to form, also gave away one complimentary assesement." Hilton Rudnick
