This week, Springbok Aviation had the privilege of welcoming between 130 and 150 learners from Lesotho High School for an unforgettable aviation experience.

The visit gave learners an opportunity to discover the exciting world of aviation, explore the wide range of careers within the industry, and gain insight into what makes aviation such a rewarding field. A special highlight of the day was seeing our iconic Beech 18 come to life as its engines were started, giving everyone the chance to experience the sights and sounds of this remarkable aircraft.

Inspiring the next generation of aviators is something we're incredibly passionate about, and we hope this visit encouraged these young minds to dream big and aim high.

Thank you to the learners and teachers from Lesotho High School for spending the day with us, we can't wait to see where your journey takes you.

Elke vlieënier begin met een besluit... om die eerste keer op te styg.

Vir ons by Springbok Vliegskool Deel 4 is daar min dinge so lekker soos om iemand se eerste ervaring in 'n vliegtuig te deel. Vandag het Schalk Human sy inleidingsvlug by Springbok Vliegskool Deel 4 kom doen en sy opgewondenheid was aansteeklik.

'n Inleidingsvlug is meer as net 'n vlug – dit is die eerste tree na 'n droom. Dis waar nuuskierigheid groei, selfvertroue begin bou en 'n passie vir lugvaart dikwels vlerke kry.

Dankie aan ons instrukteur, Johan de Lange, wat met sy ervaring, geduld en passie elke vlug 'n besonderse belewenis maak.

Wie weet... dalk was hierdie Schalk se eerste tree na 'n toekoms in die lug. En as jy eers die Karoo van bo af beleef het, verstaan jy hoekom ons sê: Van plaaspad tot hemelbaan. 🤩
