- Remember . Unite . Renew as commemorate 30yrs of that fateful day when Brothers & Sisters, Friends & neighbours turned against each other....many lives were lost and many more changed forever. A week ago, We had an honour of visiting the Genocide Museum and Mikuru ya 30 Celebrations, which was a blessing for us because we got to understand the story better as it was played out in Song, Poetry/ Story telling & Dance. Forever tattooed in my heart. One Love Heart of Africa, may you grow stronger, as you rebuild ❤️.

Fun was had in the Country of a thousand hills...I need to bring back my blog just for this trip, so many lessons learned and insight gained. All I can say for now, flexibility goes a long way when travelling Africa (and traveling in general) or you will end up sitting in your hotel room with no options.
