Passports applied from 30 June to 04 July 2025 are now available for collection. Bring the receipt, paycode, and form of identification(ID or passport)

Those collecting for their children, bring the child's Birth certificate and above mentioned documents and form of Identity for the parent.

Those with valid passports, bring them as well for cancellation at R200 before you receive the new one.

Those collecting for someone, the affidavit from SAPS and the above mentioned documents and form of identity for the collector

Passports applied from 23 to 27 June 2025 are now available for collection. Bring the two receipts, the paycode and form of identity as in ID card, valid/expired passport.

Those collecting for their children, bring the kids birth certificates and parents form of identity

Those collecting for someone else, bring the above mentioned documents and affidavit, passport owner's ID and collector's ID.

Those collecting new passports, while the old is still valid, bring the old for cancellation at R200
