Incredible… Hyena feeding her cubs.
On my latest private safari in Kruger we came across a spotted hyena mother feeding her cubs right next to the road. While hyenas are often misunderstood, moments like these reveal a completely different side to these interesting animals.

The cubs wasted no time getting stuck in, while mom kept a watchful eye on her surroundings. A fascinating sighting and a reminder that every animal in the wild has a story worth telling.

One of the things I always tell guests is that every drive is different, and this morning was a perfect example.

Not long after sunrise we found this pack of wild dogs on the move. They’re one of Africa’s most efficient predators, but also one of the hardest animals to find consistently because of the distances they cover.

A quality sighting and a privilege to spend time with these animals.
