Today, 7 June, marks 9 years since the devastating Knysna Fires of 2017, when our beloved home was reduced to ashes.

What was lost can never be replaced, but through determination, community support, and countless hours of hard work, a new chapter was written. Today we celebrate not only recovery, but gratitude for every guest, friend and supporter who has been part of our journey.
As we reflect on our own journey from devastation to renewal, our thoughts are also with all South African hospitality establishments recently affected by the severe floods.
