Sand was relocated across the property in significant volumes to form a system of dunes and elevation changes. The intention was to replace flat ground with movement, exposure, and strategic shaping that responds to wind and firm playing conditions.

The result is a course where fairways sit within engineered dune lines, and every hole reflects controlled earthwork rather than natural terrain.

It is a par 5 that runs directly along the Bot River Lagoon, with water visible for most of the hole. The lagoon becomes more intimidating the closer players get to the green.
