Ready to trade the ordinary for life at sea?
We’re looking for an energetic, motivated and reliable casual fill-in Host / Hostess to join the crew onboard Powerplay and Whitsunday Adventurer, delivering unforgettable 2-day / 2-night and 3-day / 3-night charter adventures through the Whitsundays.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working as part of a team and spending time on the water. The position is primarily a casual fill-in role, providing cover when required.

This role is also an opportunity to get your foot in the door with our team, with the potential to move into an ongoing casual position when the next vacancy becomes available, for the right person.
⚓ Key Responsibilities
• Entertaining and engaging with guests throughout their charter
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of guests
• Preparing and cooking meals
• Cleaning and maintaining the vessel to a high standard
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
• Assisting with the day-to-day running of the vessel and charter
• Working closely with the skipper and crew as a positive and reliable team player
• Helping create a fun, relaxed and memorable experience for every guest
🌴 We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has excellent communication and guest service skills
• Is friendly, energetic and confident around guests
• Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Is comfortable cooking, cleaning and working in a hands-on environment
• Is safety-conscious and responsible
• Is a reliable team player who can step in when required
• Is currently based in the Whitsundays
• Has previous hospitality, tourism, marine or charter experience — highly regarded, but not essential
