🇵🇱 Poranki na plażach w Australii, a szczegolnie na ikonicznej Bondi Beach sa niezapomniane... 6 rano to czas kiedy wszyscy ćwiczą, biegają, spacerują przed pracą.

A co ja polecam? Zajęcia Frisco z Inside Outside — zakładasz słuchawki, muzyka gra, i dosłownie witasz dzień tańcem. Czy może być lepszy początek dnia? 🎧

🇦🇺 Morning beaches in Australia, and especially iconic Bondi Beach, are something else entirely.
6am and the beach is already alive with runners, surfers, people moving.

My recommendation? Frisco classes with Inside Outside Just pop your headphones in, let the music take over, and welcome the day with dancing. Honestly, is there a better way to start the morning? 🎧

🇵🇱 W zeszły weekend wyszłam trochę ze swojej strefy komfortu… i spędziłam 3 noce pod namiotem na Mt Bogong w stanie Victoria.🏕️

Mount Bogong to najwyższa góra w stanie Victoria (druga najwyższa w Australii po górze Kościuszko), więc już samo wejście było wyzwaniem… ale to nie był największy problem 😄
Największym wyzwaniem było… życie bez normalnego prysznica i toalety przez kilka dni 😅
Powiedzmy, że doceniłam „cywilizację” jeszcze bardziej po powrocie.
Ale mimo wszystko, było warto. Widoki, cisza, natura i to uczucie, że robisz coś zupełnie innego niż na co dzień.

🇬🇧 Last weekend I stepped out of my comfort zone… and spent 3 nights camping on Mt Bogong in Victoria 🏕️
It’s the highest mountain in Victoria (and the second highest in Australia after Kosciuszko), so yes — the hike was challenging… but that wasn’t even the hardest part 😄
The real challenge? Surviving without a proper shower or toilet for a few days 😅
Let’s just say I appreciated civilisation a lot more after this.
But honestly — it was so worth it. The views, the silence, the nature, and that feeling of doing something completely different.
And I think I can say… I’d do it again (maybe just one night less 😄)

🇵🇱 Czy wiedzieliście, że Australia też ma jesień? 🍂 Ulica Wentworth w Blackheath w Blue Mountains (Gory Blekitne). Kolory są tak intensywne, że prawie nie chce się wierzyć, że to naprawdę Australia.

Blackheath leży na wysokości 1065 metrów n.p.m. i właśnie dlatego jesienią robi się tu tak magicznie. Miasteczko słynie też z milej atmosfery i jednych z najbardziej spektakularnych widoków w całych Blue Mountains, a wodospad Govetts Leap w pobliżu ma ponad 180 metrów wysokości. Najlepsza wiadomość? Pociąg z Sydney jedzie tu zaledwie 2 godziny i odjeżdża praktycznie co godzinę. Idealna wycieczka na jeden dzień.

🇦🇺 Did you know Australia has autumn too? 🍂 Wentworth Street in Blackheath, Blue Mountains. The colours are so vivid it barely feels real.

Blackheath sits at 1,065m above sea level which is exactly why autumn hits differently here. Cooler air, morning mist rolling through the valley, and these extraordinary trees lining the streets. The town is also home to some of the most jaw-dropping lookouts in the entire Blue Mountains, and the nearby Govetts Leap waterfall drops over 180 metres.

Best part? The train from Sydney takes just 2 hours and runs every hour. A perfect day trip.

🇵🇱 Leura Cascades to jedna z łatwiejszych i bardzo przyjemnych tras w Górach Błękitnych.
Trasa jest dość prosta, z kilkoma schodami po drodze (bo w Blue Mountains zawsze są jakieś schody 😄), ale nic trudnego.
Piękne wodospady, spokój i idealne miejsce na chwilę w naturze.

🇬🇧 The walk to Leura Cascades is one of those easy, rewarding walks in the Blue Mountains.
It’s a fairly easy track, with just a few stairs along the way (there are always some stairs here 😄), but nothing too challenging.
Beautiful waterfalls, peaceful surroundings, and a perfect little nature escape.

🇵🇱 Dziś mój ogród odwiedziła piękna papużka kakadu.🦜
W Australii są dość powszechne i Australijczycy raczej się nimi nie ekscytują, a czasem nawet narzekają, bo są one bardzo głośne i uwielbiają dłubać dziobem w drewnie, więc potrafią zniszczyć tarasy czy okiennice.

A ja? Nawet po ponad 10 latach tutaj wciąż zachwycam się australijskimi ptakami. Od kolorowych lorikeets po krzykliwe kakadu.❤️

🇬🇧 Today my garden had a special visitor, a gorgeous white cockatoo!🦜
They’re very common in Australia, and locals don’t get too excited about them anymore, sometimes they even complain. Cockatoos can be very loud and love chewing on wood, which means decks and window frames don’t always survive their visits.
But me? Even after more than 10 years here, I’m still in awe of Australia’s beautiful birds. From colourful lorikeets to noisy cockatoos, there’s something truly special about them ❤️
