Nauru Airlines is seeking a dedicated and motivated Part-Time Station Manager to oversee ground and freight operations across our key Pacific Island locations. This is an opportunity to be the face of our airline on the ground — leading service excellence, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures, and building strong community and travel trade relationships.
What You’ll Do:
Manage day-to-day airport operations including passenger services, cargo, and aircraft handling.
Ensure compliance with aviation safety and security standards.
Represent Nauru Airlines in the local market, strengthening our brand and relationships.
Drive customer service excellence and on-time performance.
Coordinate with ground handlers, catering, travel agents, and airport stakeholders.
About You:
Minimum 5 years of experience in airport or ground operations.
Knowledge of weight & balance and load control.
Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.
Familiar with cargo regulations and Dangerous Goods handling.
Able to work flexibly (including weekends) and manage multiple priorities independently.
Must have the right to work and reside in the nominated port (Majuro, Tarawa, Pohnpei, or Koror).

On behalf of the government and people of Nauru, HE President David Adeang donated $100,000 to the government and people of Vanuatu as a gesture of support for disaster relief efforts following the magnitude-7.3 earthquake that struck Vanuatu’s capital on 17 December 2024.
Vanuatu High Commissioner to Fiji Viran Brown accepted the donation expressing gratitude for the recognition and for the support towards her country as they commence the path to recovery and restoration. //
