Boss Man Food Pty Ltd Boss Man Food Group owns and operate a fleet of food trucks and other food pop Roderick cooked for many celebrities during
this time.

Jamaican born and the eldest of 8 children,
Roderick began to learn how to cook at a very
young age by helping his mother with family
dinners. At the tender age of 9 years old, Roderick
was cooking meals for the entire family, (he had to
stand on a crate to see into the pot). He migrated to Australia as a teenager and after
completing high school he purchased the restaurant
Yeah Maan ,where he coo

ked traditional Jamaican
and Caribbean cuisine for over a decade. His restaurant became top of mind for
great authentic cuisine, as many Caribbean celebs
would pay him a visit whenever they were in town. Regular visitors included Cathy Freeman,
The Wailers, Asafa Powell and the entire Jamaican
Olympic team, The West Indies cricket team and
Heath Ledger, just to name a few. He is passionate about his roots and passionate
about cooking and this latest endeavor is his to
share his passion for food and his culture with you.
