So blessed to receive flowers and a beautifully written card from clients who returned from Safari in Kenya recently. I always like to follow up with clients for a post safari appointment. Why, you might ask?
Firstly, I love to hear their stories, look at photos and watch that Safari Glow on their faces as they recall their experiences.
Secondly, I pass down all the praise reports to our groundhandlers and ask if we can improve in some areas of service.
