Speaking about record National Parks visitation and my role as a National Parks EcoPass guide in front of press and although only 3 seconds of my 5 minutes of speech made it on air - it was a humbling and wonderful experience.

I believe my role as a National Parks EcoPass Nature Guide is foremost one of education and sustainability - though a fine balance is always hard to achieve especially with record numbers of National Parks visitation. I will continue you to talk about the wonders of the smaller facets of the ecological systems and their place in society.

I’d like to thank everyone who was responsible in the curation and handling of the day. Hikeandseek will continue to find ways in which to strive for change in our natural outdoors.

I’d like to thank , and other MPs and councillors for having me on board as well as in having me represent the EcoPass side of NSW Parks.

I also want to thank who have continuously provided support over the past few years as a partner and an extra platform for me to share my vision of nature in Hike in the P’ARC and other avenues.

With respects to the Traditional Custodians of Lane Cove National Park, the Cammeraygal people of the area of which always was and always will be Aboriginal Land. We seek connection and respect towards these lands and seek the beauty in all flora and fauna big and small and their belonging of all things in this beautiful country.

Seeing many characters and personalities hike Wollemi so well with me on the guided walk was an absolute pleasure! Age is barely a factor when it comes to one’s deeper appreciation for nature.

Trekking the beautiful Wollemi trails with like minded people and sharing our affinity for nature was absolutely delightful.
