This week really feels like the season kickoff for me. I have to admit that I have never worked so hard in my life. 17 years in this game and it doesn’t get any easier. Event Coordinator – Boat Hire Sydney Harbour

Eastcoast Sailing is seeking an energetic, experienced Event Coordinator to manage enquiries, secure bookings and coordinate memorable boat events on Sydney Harbour and Pittwater.

The role:

• Good hourly rates
• 20–30 hours per week from October to March
• Flexible hybrid work: two days in our Gladesville office and the remainder from your home

You’ll handle customer enquiries, convert leads into bookings and coordinate customers boats, skippers, wharves, catering, invoices and payments. And create amazing client events.

You’ll need excellent communication, organisation, computer skills and attention to detail. Sales, events or booking-management experience is preferred.
