From her days as a competitive swimmer to earning the nickname "Tigger" in her 20s for her boundless energy, Aija's journey has been as dynamic as her personality. Fun fact: she can even sing the Tigger song from Winnie the Pooh! 🎶

In 1997, Aija embarked on a career in the travel industry, starting with a travel agency in Latvia before joining Air Baltic, the national airline. Seventeen years ago, life brought her to Australia, where her vibrant energy now enriches Aero Travel. Aija is also active in the Adelaide Latvian Society, relishing every moment, whether celebrating the Summer Solstice or simply gathering with friends.

And to prove her boundless energy - Aija is also a swimming coach. Drawing from her deep love for the stage, Aija infuses her coaching with Shakespearean inspiration, often playfully incorporating Hamlet's famous soliloquy: "To kick, or not to kick, that is the question..." 🏊‍♂️

When her colleagues describe her, they all agree - Aija is the heart of our humor. Warm, kind, and utterly genuine, she finds the silver lining in every situation and person. With Aija, every encounter feels like a warm embrace, and every moment is infused with her contagious joy.
