The more you strengthen the connection with the most important relationship in your life- the one with yourself- the easier you let go of the one’s not helping you grow and attract the ones that will.

It is common for people on their spiritual journey to one day wake up and know that it’s time to move on from some of their relationships, or there may be the need for you to ‘break up with your bestie’, You don’t really understand why, but something just doesn’t feel right anymore. (PS This is a GOOD sign. You are growing, and the Universe is sending you the people with a vibrational match that will help you grow through your next phase). This always works both ways- they are attracting what THEY need too.

Friends come and go as you grow

Remember that it’s an act of self-love to surround yourself with positive, uplifting, compassionate friends that want to see you grow and blossom, just as you should wish it for them. Sometime’s you have to let go of some of the old to create space for the new. Trust your gut feelings, and let go with love and grace.

Think about the closest group of people in your life, maybe the 5 people you hang around the most. What are the qualities you see first in them? Because they are a reflection of you. They are a direct match to the person you are projecting in the World. The Universe is never sloppy with its attraction.

Trust me when I say you don’t need to fake it to fit in. Don’t play down. Don’t buy in to s**t you don’t believe in just to please. Don’t go along with gossip when it drains you. Don’t agree when it doesn’t align. Don’t hang around an environment where you can’t truly express who you are.

Now I have an abundance of loving relationships that completely align with me and my values. You know why? Because I align with me now too.

Know that your tribe is coming-

But they will only appear when you aren’t afraid to get to know who you really are when you’re alone.

These are NOT your typical daggy dance classes! These are super fun, funky dance jams in the dark. Kinda like being out at a club. Except everyone's dancing!! And your learning some awesome moves ;) and getting the best work out EVER!!! No experience necessary, welcoming all ages :)

We are back on tomorrow!! See you there 7pm ;)

SOUL GROOVE Is a fun adults dance class. An addictive fusion of dance style including hip - hop, salsa, tribal, jazz, contemporary and the hottest moves. Lights out, no mirrors and amazing beats!! No experience necessary, if you can't dance we will teach you.

Wear - gym clothes or something comfortable to dance in!

Bring - an open mind and your friends for extra fun and laughter!

This class is an excellent work out, your sure to work up a sweat. Make sure you bring water.

Every Thursday night 7-8pm at Mona Vale Memorial hall $15 per class
