“We could not have been happier with Ciao Tours. From the moment we contacted Ciao Tours they were more than helpful. Nothing was a problem for Sara and Farzam.

They organised everything from the moment we got off our cruise in Trieste, through Venice, Florence, Siena and Rome. We were met by someone at every change point and never at any time had to worry about anything. No stress at all!

Our accommodations were top notch everywhere, and we had some wonderful experiences along the way — from our walking tour of Florence and cooking class in Siena to Pienza, Montepulciano and a beautiful lunch overlooking Val d’Orcia.

The guides were all wonderful, professional and knowledgeable. We especially loved having plenty of time to roam on our own as well.

I have to say a shout-out to Didi Nota, our resident in Siena. She kept tabs on us at every point of our trip to make sure everything was going well.

Cannot recommend Ciao Tours more highly. Will use them again for sure.”
