We had a truly memorable adventure exploring the Black Hills and Badlands. Witnessing Mount Rushmore illuminated at night was an amazing experience, and we also had the opportunity to view Crazy Horse, which is still under construction and is anticipated to take another 40 years to complete. Our journey included exploring Deadwood, a city recognized as a national landmark, where we delved into the legends of the Wild West, its history of gambling, and the gold rush. In Hill City, we boarded the 1880 Train for a scenic ride to Keystone. Our Buffalo Safari in Custer State Park got us up close to wildlife.On our final day, we explored the Badlands, where we observed spectacular examples of weathering, erosion, cliffs, and canyons. Afterward, we spent some time at Wall Drug Store, renowned for its "Free Ice Water." Our farewell dinner was a Chuckwagon Supper and Dinner Show at Fort Hays, which features some of the original buildings used in the Oscar-winning movie "Dances with Wolves." Now, we are looking forward to some rest and preparing for our next adventure.

We kicked off our holiday season with an amazing stay at the Ga***rd Opryland hotel and a live performance by Vince Gill and Little Big Town. Our itinerary was packed with tours of RCA Studio B, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and a behind-the-scenes look at the Grand Ole Opry. Additionally, we squeezed in a few hours on Broadway Street. We are already looking forward to next year.

Memories were made during our unforgettable trip to the charming city of St. Augustine! With visits to the Lightner Museum, Flagler College, Fountain of Youth, St. Augustine Lighthouse and Alligator Farm. We also enjoyed the Alhambra Dinner Theatre, an Old Town Trolley tour and a scenic water cruise. With a jammed packed schedule, great weather, good food and “ding ding… SUMMER!” We may all sleep for a week! Thanks to this great group for lots of laughs and great time!

A short trip to the Virginia area with a great group of people was a welcome break. The historical discoveries made at the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library, Natural Bridge State Park, and Virginia Military Institute, combined with the Lexington Carriage ride and of course visiting wineries was a highlight. We could not end the trip without a stop at Black Dog Salvage.

We had a truly remarkable time! Many awe-inspiring attractions were visited, including Thingvellir National Park, Skogafoss Waterfall, a local Greenhouse Farm, the Blue Lagoon, Reykjavik City, and the unforgettable Northern Lights. The food was also exceptional.

We have completed our trip, capping it off with a two-day excursion in Halifax. During our stay, we took in the sights at Bedford Basin, the Public Gardens, Point Pleasant Park, and the Citadel, each of which exceeded our expectations. The true standout, though, was Peggy's Cove, celebrated for its dramatic rocky shoreline and iconic lighthouse perched above the Atlantic Ocean. Our upcoming trip will take us to Iceland in September!

Crossing the Northumberland Strait by ferry set the stage for our 2-day stay on Prince Edward Island. We toured the Anne Green Gables Museum, where we met Pam and George Campbell. Our journey continued through Prince Edward Island National Park, with a stop in Cavendish to visit Green Gables Farmhouse and Museum. The night ended with a Lobster Dinner.
