Hello friends! After having spent a week working with business partners in Athens, Nafplio + Monemvasia, it’s time to move on to do the same in Crete! I took an early morning flight to Chania. Landing at 7:30am. I love the mornings, to me each morning represents an opportunity to choose to do something better, different, or the same! I’ll be here for the next 12 days meeting with chefs, restaurant + small business owners, olive oil mills, wineries, sail boat companies, (and a lot more!) while finalizing details for our May + June Cretan Culinary adventures!!Yesterday I drove 6+ hours, slept for 3 and took a plane at 6:30am.
