Another area I really liked a lot was Alajuela. I actually lived about 10-15 minutes away, further up in the mountains. It was called Pilas de Alajuela and it’s on the way to Poas Volcano. The weather there is perfect. Warm, but low humidity during the day and cool overnight. I never needed air conditioning or heat. 🇨🇷❤️
