Humpack Whale Reteat in Tonga🌸

Yoga ✺ Breathwork ✺ Cacao ✺ Love ✺ Freedom People come into your life at the right time and you often find yourself in the right place (even if it seems random) - there are no mistakes in the universe and there

is a reason why you are reading this page right now. If you want to know who I am professionally the answer would be yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, author and retreat organiser. But if you want to know who I am beneath those titles, the answer would be:

I am a human being, on a spirtual journey - and so are YOU! Depression, severe anxiety, self harming, self sabotage, wanting to end my life... I was 18 years old and totally lost. This is when yoga entered my life and over the next 10 years I have been building myself up. One day at a time, I kept choosing to fight for my life, I looked for light over dark and I'm so grateful that I am still here. Today I teach yoga and breathwork classes, online and in person and organise and run international retreats all over the world. My role is to gently remind you that you are the creator of your life. At any given moment you can rewrite the story, let go of your limited beliefs and choose to let your inner light shine! I look forward to seeing you in class or on a retreat. Much love to you and thank you for being here.

Did you know that humpback whale songs can travel hundreds, sometimes thousands, of kilometres through water? Those songs are not only heard but felt as vibration throughout the body.

So naturally as you can imagine, when we are in the water near singing whales, the sound waves pass directly through tissue, bones, and the nervous system. This is why many describe the experience not as listening, but as being immersed in sound. The vibration is often felt in the chest, spine, jaw, and abdomen, areas closely linked to emotional regulation and the vagus nerve. This kind of vibrational exposure can create a profound sense of connection as awareness shifts from thinking to sensing; as it quiets the mind and brings us back into the body. This is one of the many reasons whale songs are experienced as healing not because they fix something, but because they help the body and soul remember a deeper rhythm, the origin of creation, and the true essence of who we are.

You don’t only hear their songs through your ears.
You feel them in your heart.

If you are hearing their call, join me in Tonga from 23–29 October 2026.

I have only been in the water with a humpback whale once.

It was in Australia. It was brief. And it is one of the moments I will never forget for as long as I live.

There are no words that do it justice. The size. The stillness. I came out of the water shaking, humbled in the truest sense. Touched somewhere very deep and very quiet inside me.

That moment is a large part of why I organised the Tonga retreat. Because I knew…I knew that other people needed to feel that too.

There is something about humpback whales that has been calling me long before that day in Australia.
So I have been learning about them. Reading, listening, sitting with what I find. And what I keep coming back to is this:

Humpback whales grieve.

There is documented evidence of humpback mothers carrying their dead calves for days. Sometimes longer. Refusing to let go. Scientists call it a behaviour. I call it something else entirely.

These are animals who sing, complex, evolving songs that travel hundreds of miles through water. Songs that change. Songs that the males learn from each other and carry across oceans. No one fully understands why. But they do it. Year after year, migration after migration, they sing.

What does the humpback whale teach us?

It teaches us that grief is not weakness. That staying with what we have lost, for a day, for a season, for as long as we need, is not something to be hurried through or fixed. The whale mama does not apologise for her mourning. She carries it openly, through open water, in front of the whole ocean.

She teaches us that our voice matters even when no one can fully understand it. You don't need to be understood to keep singing. You just need to trust that the right ears will find you.

They teache us about the courage of migration. Humpbacks travel up to 16,000 miles a year — the longest migration of any mammal on earth. They leave what is familiar. They move toward something they can feel but cannot yet see. They trust the pull.

A handful of spots have just opened for the Tonga 23-29th October retreat.

If you feel the pull, I would be honoured to share that ocean with you.

There’s a different pace in the ocean, and the body recognises it immediately.

Whales do not rush. They are completely in tune with nature’s rhythm.

Being near them naturally slows you down. Your thoughts settle. Your breath deepens. You start feeling your body again instead of living in your head. What often begins as awe turns into a sense of calm and safety. Your nervous system starts to recalibrate back to its natural state. A state where you are no longer fighting to survive, but able to relax, regulate, and remember who you are beneath the surface, beyond the roles and identities you move through every day.

This retreat isn’t about doing more.
It’s about coming back into your body and remembering how to simply be.

If your body has been craving slowness, space, and quiet rather than constant stimulation, this is something worth listening to. And if your heart has been calling for more depth, don’t ignore it. This might be your sign.

Today is a very special day for me. It is my 10th dolphin and yoga retreat here in Sataya, the Red Sea in Egypt.

I am having so many remembrances from the first trip I did back in May 2023 and finding an insane amount of synchronicities all around me and connections to that time of my life… I can still remember the 27 year old me. Thinking about it today, I have grown so much and gained much wisdom. Not only about how to host retreats and safe spaces for people to have their most transformative experiences, where they feel seen, held, and loved, but I also discover who I am on a much deeper level. My dolphin retreats are all about remembering your true essence, standing in your power, opening your heart and being your most authentic, vibrant self.

With this group that’s arriving today, it is 151 people who have traveled to Sataya with me, who have trusted me as their guide who helps them go within. And I couldn’t be more grateful. This is a life that I used to dream about when I was a little girl. My number one dream was to swim with dolphins…now I do.. several times a year. When I was a teen, I dreamed of having a community of like-minded people surrounding me, who love and accept me for who I am, and to experience spaces where you can be your self. where you can take your masks off and be exactly who you came here to be, trusting that you will loved, accepted and held as you are.

If you can dream it, YOU CAN LIVE IT.

I am eternally grateful for the divine, eternally grateful for the support from spirit and from the humans who walk this path with me. I couldn’t of gotten this far without you by my side 💜

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
