Our Barcelona trip was one of the most memorable vacations we’ve ever had, and much of that was thanks to the excellent service provided by this agency.
Even though our request came at the last minute, Jenny promptly arranged a private guided tour of Montserrat together with our airport transfer from the BCN Montjuïc Tourist Point. The entire booking process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.
Our guide, Emil, exceeded every expectation. Since it was our first time visiting Barcelona, we asked if we could spend a little more time exploring the city instead of strictly following the original itinerary. Emil gladly accommodated our request and tailored the tour to match our interests, making the experience feel very personal rather than scripted.
His knowledge of Montserrat was exceptional. He shared the fascinating story of La Moreneta and all other essential information about this place. He even showed us the best spot to take pictures of this beautiful place and even acted as our photographer during the tour. Throughout the day, he also shared interesting facts about Barcelona, Catalonia, and Spain, giving us a much deeper appreciation of the region’s culture and history.
One of the highlights of the tour was the food. Emil took us to a beautiful medieval restaurant within the Montserrat sanctuary for lunch, and later to a local Catalan restaurant away from the usual tourist areas for dinner. Both meals were outstanding and gave us the opportunity to experience authentic Catalan cuisine. It was far more than a sightseeing tour—it became a cultural and culinary experience that we’ll never forget.
What truly set Emil apart was his dedication to ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable trip. He remained with us throughout the day, patiently helping us communicate with local shop owners whenever there was a language barrier.
We were equally impressed by the airport transfer service. Rather than simply dropping us off at the terminal, Emil stayed with us and guided us through the tax refund process. His familiarity with the airport procedures made everything quick and easy, and he didn’t leave until we had successfully completed everything and were ready to proceed through security.
Emil shared stories about other destinations and experiences around Spain that immediately made us want to come back very soon with our close friends who are our regular travel buddies or family members.
