🇲🇺 Mauritius Tourist Fee

A mandatory Mauritius Tourist Fee of €3 per person, per night applies to guests aged 12 and over staying in tourist accommodation. Children under 12 are exempt. (MRA)

For this example of 2 adults + 2 children staying 7 nights, assuming both children are under 12:

2 adults × €3 × 7 nights = €42 per adult
Total Tourist Fee = €84 per family

This €84 is payable in addition to the advertised holiday price.

So, based on the lowest available departure:

£5,327 holiday price + €84 Mauritius Tourist Fee

Premium Economy just got a serious upgrade ✈️

Emirates has just unveiled its new Premium Economy seat and, honestly, it’s the little details that make this one really interesting.

The new seat on the A350 has a full-height privacy screen, so you can create your own little space when you want to relax, work or get some sleep.

There’s also an adjustable U-Dream headrest, leather footrest, electric seat controls, wireless charging, USB-C, an integrated phone holder and a 13.3” 4K HDR entertainment screen.

And it’s not just about the seat. Emirates Premium Economy also gives you a more elevated dining experience, with meals served on Royal Doulton china, linen napkins and a selection of premium drinks.

For me, Premium Economy can be such a good option for long-haul travel when you want that extra comfort without going all the way up to Business Class.

And this is exactly why I always recommend looking at the aircraft and cabin being operated on your specific flight before booking. Emirates has different aircraft and configurations, so the experience can vary depending on the route.

Disneyland Paris is now on sale for 2027/28 🏰✨

And honestly, I can see why it’s such a popular choice for families.

It’s not just about the rides and seeing the characters. It’s the excitement the children get from the whole experience, but also the enjoyment for the adults too.

There’s something really lovely about having a few days where everyone is excited about the same thing, spending time together, laughing, going on the rides and then watching the fireworks at the end of the day.

I think those are the holidays that you remember. Not necessarily because everything went perfectly, but because you were all there enjoying it together.
