🎭 The Yaiza Town Hall encourages residents of Lanzarote and the tourists visiting us to take part this week in the festive events of the Carnival in the tourist town of Playa Blanca. The celebration invites everyone to experience the festivities from the inside with a varied program of events that will surely help us all enjoy the celebration.
🤪 From March 12 to 15, there will be a carnival parade with music and dance groups, masqueraders and floats, a concert by merengue singer Elvis Crespo, Traditional Carnival, a concert by Henry Méndez, Daytime Carnival featuring the group Nueva Línea, a Drag Gala, street parties and other activities that you can check out at www.yaiza.es⁠

This beautiful, traditionally Spanish Style Vacation Rental Home with heated pool, with an easy stroll (approximately 20 minutes) into Playa Blanca and Dorada Beach.

The Vacation Rental Home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite).

The light airy lounge/diner has a comfortable sofa, The lounge also boasts a 50 inch TV with IPTV.

The Kitchen comes fully equipped, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee percolator. The washing machine is in the utility room. An iron and board plus a hair dryer are supplied.

The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and sink.

Twin bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes has access to the shared bathroom, with a walk in shower, toilet and sink.

Outside you will find the shaded alfresco dining area with fitted bench seating and an outside dining table and chairs.
Please note the rooftop terrace is not accessible to clients.

The 8 x 4m electrically heated pool, depth approx 1.5m (pool heating is available at an extra charge) is surrounded by a large spacious terrace with wonderful views to the mountain range of Femes. 4 Sun loungers along with cushions have been provided for your use along with a Canarian BBQ. Pool towels are provided for your convenience.
Please request pool heating if required upon booking.
