Finally had the opportunity to visit the spectacular new raw earth cellars at Chateau Cantenac Brown 🤩 and they are stunning! The walls were made using the ancient rammed-earth technique, and both the soil and the wood used for the vaulted ceiling (also one-of-a-kind) are sourced from our region. No need for A/C with its superior insulating properties. Pure, natural, authentic… and no cement. And of course as one of the 14 third-growths in the 1855 classification of Bordeaux, the wine is also delicious! 🍷 ❤️
