The Doisneau's photo is memorable to me as I had it years ago in my tiny student's appartement.

The oldest covered marketplace in Paris dating back to Louis XIII : Marché des Enfants rouges went up in smoke last night in only few hours. 😲🔥

The market is situated in the famous Le Marais area, the name came from an orphanage situated nearby in 16th century, as the orphans wore red clothes.

It was a great place for gourmet food tours.

I will miss this place. ❤️🥹

Shy autumn colors appear in one of the most enjoyable gardens of Paris. Chairs and benches scattered around inviting us for a pause. Take your time. 🍁🍂☺️ Relax.
