This just came up as a memory from this day in 2023 and we felt it was too good not to share again. If you keep watching you will see there are actually 3 Owlets in the nest. You can also hear the woodpecker in the background.

A beautiful day in the Lakes today so we did a small Wainwright, namely Holme Fell. It’s only a small mountain but the views were wonderful. We then walked from Yew Tree tarn up to Tarn Hows beside the waterfalls which was the perfect end to the day
