Welcome to Neaum Crag Services, providers of onsite holiday lettings. Many of you will have already met Slevin the new General Manager as of February 2016. I am Slevin’s other half Heather, who will be offering the same on site services offered in previous years to all owners. Established in 2009 under the name HA Cleaning services, our business was originally dedicated to providing local cleaning in both residential homes and holiday lets within the South Lakes area. Now based at Neaum Crag we have found the opportunity to expand our services beyond cleaning. Offering all lodge owners the eyes, ears and hands on services required to run their holiday home. Services range from general cleaning and maintenance to the draining down of lodges ready for the winter months. Having lived in the South Lakes since birth and growing up in Ambleside I will be able to offer an extensive list of trades from my local contacts, with the peace of mind that I will be here to supervise and manage the work undertaken.

We had a visit from some of the team Cumbria Wildlife Trust to install some red squirrel nesting boxes around the estate, in the hope they are used this winter and we see more kittens in the spring.

Cozy Autumnal Nights

With the nights starting to draw in the lodges offer the perfect woodland retreat to cozy up on a sofa after a day out exploring the fells.

Did I mention the lodges have free WiFi with smart TVs so you can choose to catch up on the latest series using your own account.

“Haskew Tarn Lodge has certainly been a great place for us to relax and unwind from our normal lives at home, we’ve enjoyed exploring the area on foot with the dogs and haven’t quite fitted all we wanted to do in, so we will be back!”

Anyone looking for a weekend break in Robinsons Tarn Lodge? September 19th 3 nights. Rare short break availability.

As many of our Facebook Followers know we don't normally offer short break lettings at the lodge. We have however been left with a Saturday - Tuesday break in September and wondered if any of you would be interested in Saturday 19th - Tuesday 22nd September 2026.

This short break is only available to our social media followers, whether you be regulars at the lodge, or follow us online and haven't yet booked but a short break would be right up your street.

To enquire send a Whatsapp to 07824553779 or email [email protected]
