Welcome to Hays Travel Basingstoke! I’m Ashley the manager and I joined Hays Travel in April 2017 as Manager when Hays Travel Basingstoke first opened. I have worked in this exciting industry for 10 years. My favourite destination to travel to is the Far East and I specialise in tailor-made and long haul itineraries world wide. I also have great knowledge on cruising having been on many different liners myself. I have also visited the Canary & Balearic Islands over 15 times; so can definitely recommend the right one for you. I also visited Iceland & New York this year and would highly recommended! I was lucky enough to see the Northern lights, visit the Blue Lagoon and drive the Golden Circle along with visiting all the main attractions in New York.
Charlie has just completed her NVQ 2 at distinction level & has been with us in branch for just over 2 years now! Charlie has visited some great places including Greece & France. Charlie has also been Skiing in Italy several times and is our Ski expert in store! Charlie’s favourite destination is Disneyland Paris having visited last year with her family.
Julia is our youngest member of the team and started with us in August 2019. Just like Charlie, Julia is currently completing her travel apprenticeship in branch. Julia is well travelled, having visited many countries with her family and friends and is off to Mexico in December.
We also have Foreign Exchange Bureau and we can all can offer amazing advice on any foreign currency, along with offering the best rates in town!
