What you don’t always see behind the scenes…

The last couple of days have been stressful. I’ve had cancellations and changes coming through at all times of the day and night, and when my clients are affected, I don’t simply switch off at 5pm.

I work for myself, I personally care about my clients, and that means I get on with sorting things as soon as I can.

That’s the difference.

There’s no 9–5 with me. I’m available when my clients need me, whether that’s helping with a cancelled flight, rearranging travel plans or simply being there to reassure them when things go wrong.

With years of experience behind me, I know how to handle disruption and, most importantly, my passengers come first.

So if you’re waiting for a quote or a reply from me at the moment, please bear with me. My priority has been looking after the clients who are currently affected.

Where has the year gone!
