Mystery Dining by HGEM is a mystery shopping programme specifically for the hospitality industry. We work with almost 100 restaurant, hotel and leisure brands across the globe, from chains to independents. Our mystery guests help the hospitality industry to measure, monitor and improve their customer experiences. Listen up, pizza people! 🍕 We now have visits to Crust Bros! Described as “soul-lifting Neapolitan pizza in London”, their menu boasts a range of delicious flavours, all with their signature crust 💕 Their dough is freshly-made on site and proved for 48-72 hours, creating the perfect airy, fluffy dough that is baked at 500 degrees to give it a charred leopard-print crust 🐆 Visits are for two adults with a maximum reimbursement of £50, and we offer lunch visits and dinner visits. If you want pizza that’s perfect from base to topping, look out for one of these visits! 🥰

We recently started doing Mystery Visits for Humble Group! They consist of two brands – Humble Grape, which is a popular independent group of w**e bars, restaurants, and shops, and Vivat Bacchus, which is a popular South African-inspired steakhouse and w**e bar 🍷W**e sits at the heart of both of these brands, and you will also find some food full of character, so look out for these visits! 💕
