Job Vacancy - Office Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Salary: TBC, depending on experience

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Bicester. This full-time, office-based role is essential in supporting the Office Manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

☆ Be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and contractors, handling email enquiries and phone calls promptly and professionally.

☆ Schedule works, ensuring clear communication with customers, engineers and staff.

☆ Perform general office administration tasks, including raising purchase orders, receiving deliveries, drafting quotations, invoicing and filing.

☆ Adapt to a fluid, fast-paced environment, rearranging schedules and priorities as needed throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For:

☆ Solid previous administrative experience is essential.

☆ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

☆ Strong working knowledge of MS Office (knowledge of Sage is an advantage).

☆ High attention to detail and accuracy.

☆ Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

☆ Calm and adaptable under pressure.
