What does one of Halloween's most famous ghost stories have to do with a palace in Spain? Quite a lot, as it turns out! 🎃👻

While exploring Granada's magnificent Alhambra on our Classical Spain tour, we came across a rather spooky looking statue with a familiar name… Washington Irving.

It’s Halloween and it seemed only fitting to uncover and share the rather unexpected connection between this beautiful corner of Spain and one of literature's most famous spooky tales.

Borneo. Currently stealing the show. 🌴📺

There are a few famous faces making their way through Borneo on Celebrity Race Across the World at the moment, but the real star of the show has to be the destination itself.

Looking Halloween ready, a little rain gave Isola Bella on Lake Maggiore a suitably spooky feel — even under grey skies, this corner of Italy is beautiful. 🌧️🇮🇹

Fortunately, sunnier days were on the itinerary too, with guests visiting Château de Chillon and enjoying a spectacular journey on the Bernina Express. Quite a change of scenery! 🏔️🚂
