This wonderful beach-style cottage nestles right on the seashore overlooking the Irish Sea, with panoramic views towards the Isle of Man and St Bees Head. It is perfectly located for beachcombing, for watching the sunset, for stargazing in the clear night skies and, at the end of the day, let the sound of the sea lull you to sleep. This single-storey holiday property is suitable for all year round

use and is ideal for experiencing a seaside location while being not too far from the western area of the Lake District National Park. Enjoy coastal and fell walking, bike trails, the C2C cycleway, golf at St Bees and Seascale (both with glorious sandy beaches). Take time to explore the green valleys of Eskdale, the splendour of Wasdale, take a trip on the ‘Ratty’ miniature railway at Ravenglass, stroll around the lake at Ennerdale, visit the Georgian town of Whitehaven and its popular harbourside or take a tour of Muncaster Castle. A single track railway runs along the back of the property, which is reached by 1/2 mile of unmade road. All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. It's been a busy few weeks. Our cottage has had a new roof and all the exterior woodwork has been stained ready for the season. There are only 2 weeks left available for our guests this summer, for week commencing 9th June and 14th July :-)

Well after a huge mistake by the Agent we have lost our October week with you this year.
