Jet lag FINALLY beaten. Thailand officially out of the system. 🇹🇭🥊

Yesterday’s Parkrun was absolutely brutal. Fifth place, though. Buzzing! 💪

Tomorrow, back in the Peak District delivering LONE SURVIVOR training.

Big changes coming to the programme. Assessment Day is now mandatory. No shortcuts. No buying your way in. You've got to earn your place.

And apparently Burnh has a big announcement this week?

Freddo's back to 1010 p.m.

What a time to be alive.

30 days in Thailand have clearly left their mark!

Back in the UK. Back running. Still fighting imaginary opponents on people's driveways.

3 DAYS BACK FROM THAILAND. 🇹🇭➡️🇬🇧

And the training has bloody worked! 🔥

Straight back on the parkrun circuit this morning.

📍 Hamsterley Forest — brutal course!
⏱️ 24:45
🏃 5th out of 78 runners.
💪 43 years young.

No excuses. No easing back in. Just turned up, got stuck in and delivered.

30 days of Muay Thai, running, sweating and pushing myself in Thailand.

The results speak for themselves.

Consistency. Discipline. Accountability.

You don't get fitter talking about it. You get fitter DOING IT.

And as they kept telling me in Thailand...

THAT'S IT. I'M OUT OF HERE. 🇹🇭🥊

30 absolutely fantastic days in Thailand.

Punished. Pushed. Pulled. Tested.

Sweat. Pain. Exhaustion. Discipline.

Some days I felt unstoppable. Other days I got absolutely battered.

And I loved every fu***ng minute of it.

Because resilience isn't something you talk about.

It's something you earn.

When you're tired. When you're hurting. When nobody's watching. When quitting would be the easier option.

I've learned more about myself in these 30 days than I ever expected.

I came here to train Muay Thai.

I'm leaving with so much more.

Stronger. Sharper. Calmer. Hungrier.

Same man. Higher standards.

RESILIENCE IS BUILT. NOT BOUGHT.

Thailand, you've been incredible. 🇹🇭

WHEN YOU PAY FOR A WOMAN'S COMPANY, HAVE YOU EVER STOPPED TO ASK YOURSELF WHY?

It's a question worth reflecting on, not from a place of judgment, but from a place of self-awareness.

Are you paying for companionship, or are you paying to feel wanted?

There's a difference.

You're not necessarily buying attraction.

You're not buying respect.

You're not buying genuine connection.

You're paying for someone's time and attention.

And perhaps the deeper question is what that says about how you see yourself.

Do you believe your money has more to offer than your personality, confidence, character or presence?

There's nothing wrong with a transaction between consenting adults. But it's important not to confuse paid companionship with genuine desire.

Real confidence isn't measured by how much you're willing to spend to receive attention.

It's about knowing your worth even when your wallet stays closed.

Invest in yourself. Build your confidence. Develop your character.

Because genuine connection isn't something money alone can create.

Know your value. Don't mistake purchased attention for personal validation.

And a little glamour on the horizon at the Teesside International Film Festival, with my new woman on my arm. 💃🕺
