The Air Traffic Control distruption yesterday was very stressful if you work in the holiday business. Luckily my customers have myself to help and rebook any alternative flights which was very difficult due to the amount of cancellations yesterday. Working until the early hours with our exceptional duty office team to take away stress from you, the customer.

My advice always book with a human who you can speak to. Not only with me but someone you can talk to. In the digital world we live in , thats not always the case.

Glad all of my customers were sorted and thank you for your patience, it looks like everything is almost back to normal now.
