Happy National Travel Agent Day.

Today is a little reminder that a great holiday takes more than a “book now” button.

It’s the late-night research so you don’t have to. It’s knowing which resorts work for you, not just what looks good in photos. It’s spotting the small details that make a big difference — transfers, cabin choices, travel times, and the bits people only realise they needed after they’ve booked.

After 2 hours delay- their flight was cancelled- 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻!

This is what happened this time last week to our clients at 8pm at night.

Their flight to Corfu was cancelled, and because it was the last flight of the day, they were suddenly stuck at Manchester Airport with no idea what was going to happen next.

𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙡 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨.

We stepped in and handled it all. We arranged them on the first available flight out the following morning, kept our clients updated and made sure they got to Corfu at around 2pm the next day.

Had they gone to the airport desk and dealt with everything themselves, they would have been waiting another 24-48 hours to travel.

These are the situations you don't think about when you book a holiday.

You book your flights, your hotel, your transfers and your excursions… and you expect everything to go smoothly.

But sometimes it doesn't.

And when it doesn't, we're there.

We're there to make the calls, sort the arrangements, find the alternatives and take away as much of the stress as possible.

Hello September! 🍂

As we enter September, one of our favourite months of the year, we say goodbye to August, which saw us reach 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲! 🎉

𝟲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆! ❤️

𝙂𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙩𝙮 𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙧𝙩!

For those of you who know Emily and I personally, you’ll know that we are on the journey of 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝘄.

For all of our lives, we’ve never quite fitted in with the rest and have always refused to 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝗾𝘂𝗼.

We’ve never been afraid to 𝗴𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘆 and do things a little differently.

Tonight, on our 𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆, we finally get to say we’re 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘! 🎭

As lifelong Disney fanatics, we’ve waited a long time for High School Musical to be brought to the stage, and honestly, what better night to finally see it than on the anniversary of the day we started our married life together?

Because if there’s one thing we’ve learned in six years of marriage, it’s that 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 ❤️

We have just had the pleasure of booking a lovely family of five, travelling across two generations, for a 9 night stay at the simply stunning Ikos Andalusia.

How are we already halfway through August?!

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙖𝙡𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮!

Crazy heatwaves that we’re never quite prepared for, a partial solar eclipse that had everyone rushing outside trying to capture a photo we may never get the chance to take again, and now wildfires…

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩?!

But amongst all the headlines, it’s also been a seriously busy month in travel for us.

August is our busiest month for departures, which means plenty of:

✈️ Flight check ins
📋 Document checks
📞 Calls to make sure everything is ready
🏠 And, of course, those all important welcome home calls

And that last part is one of our favourite things about what we do.

But we haven’t just been looking after people travelling this summer.

We’ve also been incredibly busy booking holidays for 2027, 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙮 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙖𝙪𝙡 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙨.

Getting these organised early can make a huge difference. It gives you more choice, allows you to spread the cost using Direct Debit and means you can start planning that trip properly rather than leaving it until the last minute.

𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘐’𝘮 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘪𝘵…

We’ve seen the Christmas tubs appearing in the supermarkets, so we think it’s officially acceptable to mention…
