This applies to ALL passengers flying to or transiting through the USA, including children and US passport holders.

📋 WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

Passengers must confirm that they have NOT visited or transited through the Democratic Republic of the Congo during the previous 21 days.

✈️ HOW DO YOU COMPLETE IT?

✅ Online check-in – Your airline may ask you to complete the declaration when checking in online.

✅ At the airport – Alternatively, the declaration can be completed at check-in or before boarding.

📱 You do NOT need to download or print a separate form in advance. Your airline is responsible for providing and collecting it.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE
