Good evening Charmaine
I just wanted to send a quick email to let you know what fantastic service we have had from Leila over the last couple of days. She has found us the perfect hotel in Tuscany in the area we wanted, and worked hard on the details to make sure everything is exactly as we would like, from the hotel to the flights to the car hire.
She has been helpful, polite, friendly and professional at all times and we are very much looking forward to our stay in Tuscany next year!
Thank you so much Leila, and also to Gabrielle who initially got the ball rolling for our holiday!

This is a message to the whole team who helped me with my holiday- from listening to me and my vision for my dream holiday to making it a reality and all the hard work in between. I can’t thank you enough for everything you did for my husband and I.
Italy is a fabulous destination, we immersed ourselves in the history, met the most vibrant and friendly people, stayed in a beautiful hotel (with dressing gowns!), saw more lemons than I have ever seen before in one place🤣, had glorious weather and sampled some amazing food. At the last count I tasted 23 different flavoured gelatos! I could go on and on!!
The tours you organised ran like clockwork and the guides we had were brilliant, knowledgeable with great personalities.
I also appreciated the extra phone calls wishing us a happy holiday and the call enquiring how our holiday went.
Once again, thank you for giving us the holiday of a lifetime.
