🚨 Mind-blowing stat: the Alpoholics senior team now boasts a grand total of 133 years of hospitality experience! 🤯

For Winter 25/26, we’re levelling up with some exciting team changes. Our legendary chalet manager Francesco is stepping into a new role as “Merch and Media Manager”, curating all our awesome merch (including exclusive collabs with brands like , and ) and bringing you even more epic content from the slopes and chalets.

We’re also welcoming chalet legends Tim & Sue Antcliff (“Tiramisu”)! With five years running the wonderful Chalets and a track record of managing multiple resorts and large teams. Tim will focus on staff/guest experience in resort and chalet maintenance, while Sue brings her admin ninja skills to guest comms, budgets, and stock optimisation amongst other things.

And don’t worry—our long-serving Ops Director, Jenny, isn’t going anywhere! In fact, Sue’s arrival means Jenny can double down on her core role, keeping our operations running smoother than ever.

Our last guests of the season were our lovely competition winners and what a week they had! Loads of fresh snow and the resort to themselves because, for some reason that remains a mystery to us in the industry, hardly anyone books the final week of the season. Sure, in a low altitude resort it’s a risk but not somewhere like where 70% of the skiing is above 2000m! Plus this week is always a fraction of the price so if you think a catered chalet is out of your budget, maybe these post-Easter weeks are the ones for you!

What a difference 2 weeks makes! Now that season no. 15 has come to an end 😭 and we are back in Blighty basking in glorious sunshine ☀️, It almost seems like a dream that just 14 days ago we were gawping at the next level amounts of snow ❄️ that was coming down in and ripping epic JaPOW turns 🏂 . What an end to winter and what a start to the summer!
