This is exactly why we go the extra mile for our customers. ✈️🌎

Last week, one of our customers was on her way to the airport, ready to start her trip to Costa Rica, when her flight was suddenly cancelled.

What followed was Candice Hall - Not Just Travel - Your Holiday spending five hours of searching, rebooking and coordinating with three separate airlines to find an alternative route that would get her to Costa Rica in time for her escorted tour.

It wasn’t straightforward, but she didn’t give up until she had a solution.

Its time to re-introduce ourselves PART 2

I'm Louise, joint co-owner of the business and born in.......Hong Kong!

I then moved to the UK at the age of 13 and later spent 5 years living in Australia.

Having travelled to more than 50 countries, I enjoy sharing my first-hand knowledge and experience to create unforgettable travel experiences.

Among my fave destinations are The Maldives & the Galapagos Islands.

Outside of travel, my passion is animals, particularly dogs. I volunteer at the Stubbington Ark, and then it’s home to be greeted by one of my own, Rosie.🐶🥰

Its time to re-introduce ourselves!

I'm Lee, co-owner of the business and born and bred in the mighty Bracknell!

Now living in Lee on the solent, I've been working in travel over 9 years now.... can you believe! 🛩

My fave destination is Mauritius and a particular love for the Beachcomber Tours resorts..... currently a 30% sale on too... so I'm got a few enquiries simmering away.... 🔥

I'm the go to for any sporting events be it in the UK or overseas.... anything you can imagine I can do it (hospitality of course 😎)

I myself am a Tottenham fan.... so we'll just leave that there!

I also love creating unique, out of the ordinary holidays that give unforgettable experiences but I'm also equally happy booking a jet2, easyjet or Tui holiday for you so if you see anything you like with any of these bring it my way!

A few pics from my trip to Liverpool to spend a day training with Princess Cruises followed by a ship visit on Majestic Princess.

It was a long way to go , a 9 hour journey on the way there due to the M6 being closed!

So why do we do this you may ask! Well, quite simply, the more knowledge we have of the product the more confidence we have in showcasing to our customers.

Also, over 9 years since starting, we're building relationships with the suppliers, the go to people who we trust , are on hand for any questions and give us the peace of mind that they'll be there if things go wrong because sometimes they do!

We're not just clicking a few buttons and job done, we have access to the very best
