🚴‍♀️ Join us for a FREE cycling for wellbeing session at the Avalon Marshes on Sunday 20th September!

Step, Ride, Thrive is partnering with the Avalon Marshes and Wedmore Bike Hire to offer this free experience.

The session will take place between 10.30am and 12.30pm (arrival for 10am), and the meeting point is the Avalon Marshes Centre.
Depending on the levels of interest, we may also run a second session in the afternoon.

There are a range of bikes available to suit individual needs, including 2 electric bikes.

The session aims to encourage people to enjoy the unique landscapes of the Avalon Marshes through a welcoming, supported cycle ride. We are particularly keen to reach individuals who may not normally have the opportunity to take part in organised outdoor activities.

This will be a pilot event, which will enable us to learn more about what people want and need from outdoor activities at the Avalon Marshes.
