🚢 Conference week has officially begun!

Today I’m at CLIA’s New to Cruising Day in Southampton.

I’m definitely not new to cruise, but it’s such a great day and there’s always something new to learn. Plus, any day spent talking about cruise ships is a good day in my book 😍

Looking forward to catching up with familiar faces, meeting new people, and picking up plenty of ideas to help my clients find their perfect cruise.

One of my favourite views has to be driving into Southampton and seeing cruise ships lined up in port 🚢😍

Today’s lineup is:
✨ Borealis
✨ Majestic Princess
✨ Britannia
✨ Queen Mary 2

And I’m heading onboard Britannia this morning for a ship visit and cookery experience with Marco Pierre White 👨‍🍳✨

Even lovelier though… two of my wonderful clients are boarding Britannia today for their holiday too 💙

It’s their first cruise together and his very first cruise ever, so I’m really hoping I get to say hello before they set sail this afternoon 😊

I genuinely love days like this. Every ship has its own personality and atmosphere, and the more I experience them myself, the better I can match the right cruise to the right people ✨

Also… seeing Queen Mary 2 in person never gets old 👑

Sir David Attenborough turns 100 today 🌍💙

For so many of us, his documentaries were the first time we truly saw the beauty of our oceans, wildlife and the more remote corners of the world.

His work has inspired generations to explore, protect and appreciate this incredible planet we live on ✨

Even within the cruise world, his influence can be felt. Some cruise lines now focus heavily on conservation, sustainability and helping guests experience the natural world in a more meaningful way.

I was even onboard Fred Olsen Borealis recently and loved seeing a whole section dedicated to him and his work 💙

A true national treasure.
