If you’re planning a holiday to New York, Florida, Las Vegas or anywhere else in the USA, there’s a NEW travel requirement you need to be aware of!
⭐ FROM 3RD NOVEMBER 2026 (11:59PM US EASTERN TIME)
The USA is introducing a mandatory Ebola Health Declaration Form for international air passengers travelling to or transiting through the United States.
⭐ WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
✔️ ALL passengers must complete and sign the declaration, including children.
✔️ The form confirms whether you have visited the Democratic Republic of the Congo within the previous 21 days.
✔️ This applies even if you’re travelling directly from the UK and have never visited Africa.
✔️ Parents or guardians must complete and sign the declaration for children under 18.
✔️ The declaration is required IN ADDITION to your ESTA or visa, where applicable.
⚠️ IMPORTANT!
Passengers who fail to complete the declaration may be refused boarding.
Your airline should advise how and when to complete the form, so please check your airline’s instructions before travelling.
