Last night was special for the Richard Taylor Travel team! 💫

We were thrilled to sponsor Sellebrity Soccer at the iconic Arsenal FC 🏟️ — an unforgettable evening raising funds for Keech Hospice Care, in memory of the incredibly brave Gorgeous George. 💙

Even better? One of our very own was out there on the pitch, playing alongside the celebs and representing us with pride! What a moment! ⚽️🏃🏼‍♂️

It was an honour to be part of such a meaningful event, surrounded by amazing people, all coming together for a fantastic cause. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the night a success — George’s spirit and legacy truly shone through. ⚽️

🇫🇷✨ A Fantastic French Weekend with Colin & Lady Grace! ✨🇫🇷

We’ve just returned from an amazing long weekend packed with fun, food, and a little bit of French history too!

We hit the road on Friday, and after settling in, we kicked things off in true French style — with a crêpe-making evening! 🥞 A perfect way to start the adventure, with plenty of toppings and laughter all around.

Saturday was all about sweet treats and sea creatures! We visited the P&J Chocolate Shop for a chocolate-making demonstration and quiz — because who doesn’t love chocolate for breakfast? 🍫
Later, we stopped at a local boulangerie in Escoeuilles to see how real French bread 🥖is made, before heading to the stunning Nausicaá Marine Centre to explore the ocean’s wonders 🐠🌊.

Sunday gave us time to reflect and learn.
We visited La Coupole, a historic WWII site that offered a deeper understanding of the past — including the impact of the Holocaust. It was a thought-provoking experience that helped us appreciate the importance of remembering the sacrifices made by so many.
In the afternoon, we explored the Wellington Quarry, where we learned how Allied soldiers prepared underground for the Battle of Arras during WWI — a fascinating look into the bravery and resilience of those who came before us.

Our final evening was filled with fun, as we wrapped up with a quiz and a balloon splash back at the Château — the perfect way to end a brilliant trip! 💦🎈

We returned to Northampton on Monday with full bellies, new memories, and a better understanding of the world around us. 🇫🇷🙌🏻

🚇Tunnel vision? More like travel tradition! 🚇

Seems like we’re spending more time under the English Channel than above it lately 🚄🇫🇷 But it’s always worth it for a gorgeous bank holiday weekend in beautiful France. Stunning scenery, delicious food, and even better company — what more could you ask for? 🧀🍷☀️

We soaked in the views from the top of the Eiffel Tower — no matter how many times you see it, that skyline never gets old 🗼💫 Then it was off to Disneyland Paris for a full day of magic, laughter, and a few too many Mickey-shaped snacks 🏰✨ The perfect mix of iconic sights and childhood joy.

Here’s to making memories (and maybe a few more return trips through the tunnel)! 🚌🇫🇷

📸Live from the steering wheel – it’s day four of our Welsh tour and today’s stop is the stunning 📍Picton Castle and Gardens in Pembrokeshire.

A beautiful mix of history and horticulture, this 13th-century castle is surrounded by peaceful woodland and vibrant gardens – the perfect setting for our travellers to explore, relax, and soak in a bit of Welsh charm.

More adventures ahead, but for now, we’re enjoying castle life in style! 🚌

“Tenby or not Tenby”

That is the question… and with Dave behind the wheel, it’s anyone’s guess! 😅

Half term is upon us, which can only mean one thing — suitcases are being packed, sandwiches are being wrapped in foil, and the first of our three tours is officially on the road! 🚍🧳

Kicking things off in style is Dave, setting off on a 5-day tour to the supposedly sunny shores of Tenby. But knowing Dave, it might just turn into a surprise mystery tour — he likes to keep things interesting (and the passengers guessing)! 😉

📸 Spotted live from the steering wheel, here he is soaking up the Carmarthen sunshine — or possibly just recalculating his route after a “slight detour” involving a scenic car park.

Wherever you’re heading this half term, travel safe and have fun — and keep an eye out for Dave. You never know where you might end up! 😅

They said moving nearly 300 students across Hertfordshire would be a challenge… We said, “Hold our bus pass.” 😎🚌

Today we took on the ultimate student shuffle — getting future scholars from all over the county to the University of Hertfordshire without a hitch (or a wrong turn… we double-checked 😅).

Big thanks to our drivers who stayed cool, calm, and clutch behind the wheel. From minibuses to full-size coaches, we rolled deep and delivered in style.

Need to move a crowd? We’ve got more wheels than a cheese factory and way better coordination. Hit us up!
