We have 4 cottages, in a courtyard setting, in the picturesque, ‘quintessentially-traditional’ village of Berrynarbor.

Each cottage has a double and twin bedroom and its own private, enclosed, outdoor dining area, except The Barn. This cottage had a double bedroom only and is a favourite for single adventurers or couples wanting a romantic getaway!

All guests have access to the terraced gardens, orchard, games & laundry room and a 1 acre paddock, where the 2 miniature Shetland ponies graze when not in their enclosure! Ideal for ball games and exercising your dogs 🐶

In walking distance to the 2 local pubs, village shop and, with the North Devon costal path being only 1 mile away, you can either turn left towards Ilfracombe or right towards Combe Martin!

6 years ago TODAY we arrived in the village of Berrynarbor!

We had no idea how to run a holiday complex… but we took on the challenge and have enjoyed every single minute of it! (well almost)!

Thank you to our family, friends, villagers and guests that have supported us over those years x 🙋‍♀️

The Granary cottage at Middle Lee Farm is available June 2025!

3 night minimum stay and a 10% discount on 7 nights+ bookings !

I’d certainly recommend a trip on the Ilfracombe Princes during your stay at one of our cottages!

The views of the coastline, from another perspective, are fabulous!

Watermouth Cove is a short walk from our cottage’s at Middle Lee Farm. With stunning views and a fabulous boat cafe serving fabulous food… what’s not to love ❤️

☀️🛥️A perfect evening 😍a quick trip on the boat to ilfracombe after work for fish and chips with friends, then back to Watermouth to enjoy this gorgeous sunset ⚓️😎

Enjoyed the Steve Optix sundowner music festival, on Combe Martin beach, yesterday.

It’s a regular, free, event so make sure you plan this into your next visit to Middle Lee Farm 😉 In walking distance too!
